New Sunday Hours at 2 Branches, Expanded Hours at Washington Ave.
Albany Public Library is adding service hours on Sunday afternoons at two branches starting this Sunday, Sept. 12.
The Arbor Hill/West Hill Branch and Bach Branch will be open on Sundays from 1 pm to 5 pm. The rest of the branches are closed on Sundays.
In addition, the Washington Ave. Branch is adding several hours across the weekly schedule. That branch now opens at 10 am Monday through Saturday. Washington Ave. now closes at 8 pm on Monday through Thursday, at 6 pm on Friday, and at 5 pm on Saturday.
The North Albany Branch remains closed for renovations and is expected to reopen early next year.
