Albany city residents voted today, May 15, to approve a 2.0 percent increase in the annual tax levy to support the Albany Public Library. The 2019 budget passed with a final vote of 2,385 to 846, which is an approval of 74 percent. The approved 2019 library operating tax levy is $7,153,022....
